I already replied to Sarah about the potluck next weekend. She asked if I could bring my famous baked ziti and I said absolutely. The key is really in the sauce letting it simmer for at least a few hours with the right herbs. I actually doubled the recipe last time M4Bi2mh1JN and froze half and it worked great. Let me know if you want me to grab anything else for the side dishes. I think between the three of us weve got it covered pretty well. Also I was thinking about bringing that dessert I tried at your place last month the one with the berries and cream. Everyone loved it so I figured why not make it again. Let me know what time you want everyone to show up. I can come early to help set up if needed.

So I finally got around to finishing that jigsaw puzzle I started last month. I knew it would be satisfying but the last piece clicking in was genuinely therapeutic. I already ordered a new one from that little shop downtown a 2000 piece landscape this time. My cat sat on half the pieces while I was working on it but somehow none got lost. I am thinking about getting a puzzle board to make it easier next time. A friend recommended one with a cover so I can just slide it under the couch when I need the table. That sounds way better than leaving it spread out on the dining table for weeks. Have you ever tried one of those boards? I was also considering a rolling mat but the board seems sturdier.
