You won’t believe what happened at the farmers market today – I found the most incredible heirloom tomatoes and a guy selling homemade sourdough that smelled like heaven. I grabbed two loaves and a jar of honey. Made a caprese salad for dinner using basil from my windowsill. Honestly, it was the best meal I’ve had in weeks. The tomatoes were so sweet and the bread had that perfect crusty crackle when you cut into it. I’m already planning what to make with the leftovers tomorrow.
