Hey! Just got back from the hiking trip I was telling you about. The weather was absolutely perfect, not a single cloud in the sky. We took the long loop around the lake and the autumn colors were incredible. I finally got to try out the new backpack I bought. It was so nice to disconnect for a few days. I took tons of photos, some really great shots of the sunrise over the mountains. We are already planning another trip for next month, maybe somewhere with a bit more elevation. Let me know if you and the family would be interested in joining us! It would be fun to have a big group. We could rent a cabin or something. Anyway, let's catch up properly over coffee this weekend.
