I finally had a chance to look at the photos you sent from your garden. The tomatoes look incredible! I've been trying to get my basil to grow that well for ages. I think I might be overwatering it. We should swap tips sometime. Anyway, the reason I'm writing is that I found that old book we talked about, the one with the essays on local hiking trails. It was buried in a box from the move. There are a couple of routes in there that I'd never heard of before. One of them goes past an old fire lookout tower that's supposed to have a pretty great view at sunrise. Let me know if you'd want to try to figure out the trailhead this weekend. I know it's short notice, but the weather looks like it might hold up. Bring your compass if you have one because the directions in the book are a bit vague past the creek crossing. I printed out a topo map just in case.
