Yeah I finally caught that documentary everyone's been talking about N2DQ7snrCK. Honestly I thought it was going to be slow but it really pulled me in after the first twenty minutes. The cinematography was stunning especially the aerial shots. My partner kept asking questions throughout which was a bit distracting but overall we both enjoyed it. I think the director made some interesting choices with the soundtrack though it felt a bit overpowering in a few scenes. We ordered takeout halfway through and that made the experience even better. I'd probably watch it again sometime to catch the details I missed the first time. Let me know if you decide to check it out I'd be curious to hear your take on the ending.

It's funny because I almost skipped it entirely but a friend insisted. Glad I listened for once. The runtime felt just right too not too long not rushed. I read somewhere they shot it over three years and you can really tell. The editing was tight and the pacing kept me engaged throughout. Definitely one of the better things I've watched this year.

I tried that sourdough recipe you sent me and it actually turned out pretty well for a first attempt. The starter took a bit longer to get active than I expected maybe because my kitchen runs a bit cool. I had to adjust the hydration a little since the dough felt too sticky initially N2DQ7snrCK. After a few folds it came together nicely though. The crust got a nice golden color and the inside had those irregular holes you want to see. I served it with some olive oil and balsamic for dipping and my family finished half the loaf in one sitting. Next time I might experiment with adding some rosemary or garlic to the mix. Thanks for sharing the recipe it was easier than I thought it would be.

I also made a second batch over the weekend and gifted it to the neighbors. They loved it and asked for the recipe. I pointed them your way hope that's okay. The whole process felt really satisfying especially watching the dough rise slowly. I think I am officially converted to the sourdough world now. Let me know if you have a favorite variation I should try next.
