Yeah I think that sounds fine honestly. We were planning to head out around noon so I can swing by and grab the stuff you mentioned. I already checked and the weather should hold up through the afternoon so that works in our favor. I still need to grab a few things from the garage before we go but nothing major. Let me know if you want me to bring anything else I might be forgetting. I think the cooler is already packed so we should be good there.
Actually I just remembered I need to stop for gas on the way so maybe add ten minutes to whatever time we agree on. I know you said you wanted to be there by two but if we leave at twelve thirty that still gives us plenty of wiggle room. I also found that extra bag of ice in the freezer so we wont run short. The kids are already asking about snacks so Ill grab a few extra things when I stop.

Oh totally I see what you mean now. I was looking at it from the other side but your approach definitely makes more sense when you factor in the timing. I talked to Mark about it this morning and he agreed that the earlier slot gives us more breathing room if anything unexpected comes up. I think we should go ahead and lock that in. The material list is basically done I just need to double check the quantities against what we actually have left over from last week.
Also I wanted to ask about the layout change you mentioned. I sketched out a couple options last night and honestly I think the original plan still works best but Im open if you feel strongly about it. The main difference is just the orientation of the workstations and whether we keep that center aisle clear. Let me know what you think and we can adjust before we start. I already cleared it with the team so no pushback there.
