I finally got around to repotting that snake plant I got last month and I think it actually likes the new spot by the east window. The leaves seem perkier already. I used a terracotta pot with a mix of cactus soil and perlite and drilled a few extra drainage holes just to be safe. My kitchen windowsill is starting to look like a jungle but I’m not mad about it. A friend gave me a cutting of her pothos too so I’m propagating that in a little jar of water on the counter. It’s been about a week and I can already see tiny roots forming which is always so satisfying.
