Yeah I totally get what you mean about the weekend thing. We ended up going to that farmers market on Saturday morning and it was way busier than we expected. Got some really good honey though and this interesting looking squash that I have no idea how to cook yet. Maybe I'll just roast it with some herbs and see what happens. The weather held up nicely too which was a surprise given the forecast. We grabbed coffee from that new place on Elm street and sat outside for a bit just watching people go by. Simple but honestly that's the kind of day I needed. Let me know if you want to try that market next time you're free. Also the band we saw last night was incredible — small venue, great energy, and they played for almost two hours straight. I picked up a vinyl from the merch table.

I finally got around to reading that book you recommended last month and I have to say I was skeptical at first but it really pulled me in after the first few chapters. The way the author describes the setting just makes you feel like you're there. I finished it in three days which is pretty fast for me. Now I need something new to read so send me your latest picks. Also we tried that pasta recipe you mentioned and it turned out great even though I forgot the basil at the store. Still tasted good though. Hope things are going well on your end.
