I think starting with the living room makes the most sense since that is the space we use most often. The paint samples you picked up last week should work well with the natural light that comes through the east windows during the morning hours. We would need to move the furniture to the center and cover everything with drop cloths before we start taping the edges. The trim work might take longer than expected so I would plan for at least two full days to get everything done properly. I found a tutorial that shows a good technique for cutting in around windows and door frames without leaving brush marks.

Let me know if you want me to bring extra supplies like painter's tape and drop cloths since I have plenty stored in the basement from the last project I worked on. I can stop by the hardware store on Thursday to pick up any additional items we might need. The existing baseboards are in decent shape but a fresh coat of semi-gloss white would really update the whole room.

Thank you for taking a moment to review this offering.

I made that dish last week and it turned out better than expected once I adjusted the cooking time a bit. The recipe called for thirty minutes but I found that forty-five gave a better result with more depth in the flavors. I used a little less salt than specified and added some fresh herbs at the end which really brightened everything up.

If you want to try it I would suggest prepping all the ingredients beforehand since the steps move quickly once you start cooking. The sauce needs constant stirring to keep the texture smooth and even. I served it with a simple side salad and some crusty bread which worked well together. Let me know if you need me to send over the modified measurements I used. I also think adding a pinch of smoked paprika next time would give it an interesting twist.
