This week we are celebrating the beginning of summer with: the fresh seasonal flavors of balsamic strawberry chicken salad, crispy baked chicken tacos with pinto beans and chunky citrus guac, grilled pineapple shrimp with a Vietnamese noodle salad, a pulled pork sandwich with caprese strawberry pasta salad, sweet and sour pineapple chicken with fried rice, and a mixed summer berry pie!
The Main Dish:
