Hope you're doing well! I finally got around to tackling that home project we talked about. You know, the one with the squeaky door that was driving me crazy for months. I took a trip to the hardware store and picked up a new set of hinges and a decent drill bit set. Watched a couple of tutorial videos online first, which was a huge help. The actual swap only took about an hour, but figuring out the alignment took another thirty minutes. Feels good to have it done though. No more creaking every time someone walks into the room. Also tried my hand at patching some small holes in the drywall from an old shelf. The spackle dried nicely, just need to sand it down and do a quick paint touch-up now. It's amazing how these little things add up. Anyway, just wanted to share that small win. Let's catch up properly soon.

Hey, just a quick update on that documentary I mentioned last week. I finally sat down to watch the series on ocean exploration. The footage of the deep sea vents was absolutely unreal. I never realized how much of the ocean floor is still completely unmapped. It's mind-blowing that we know more about the surface of Mars than we do about our own planet's deep oceans. They featured this one creature that lives near the vents, a type of tubeworm that can grow to over eight feet long and has no digestive system because it relies entirely on symbiotic bacteria. Nature is wild. Anyway, it gave me a lot to think about. If you're looking for something interesting to watch, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.
