I totally understand where you're coming from. I had a similar experience last year when I was trying to organize the community garden plots. It took way longer than I expected to get everyone on the same page, but in the end it worked out beautifully. Let me know if you want me to drop by this weekend and help with the soil prep. I finally watched that documentary you mentioned. The cinematography was incredible, especially the scenes shot in the desert. I'm thinking of planning a trip out there next spring. Have you been to that area before? I'd love to hear any tips you have about the best times to go or places to avoid. It looked so vast and empty in the film, but I bet it's beautiful in person.
