Hi there. I got your message about the book club schedule. I think the second Saturday of each month works well. We can rotate hosting among the group. I have a few title suggestions we can discuss: "The House in the Cerulean Sea" and "Piranesi" have been on my list. Let me check with everyone for preferences. I can send a poll next week once we settle on the first date. Let me know what you think about the rotation idea. I think it keeps things fair. I am happy to host the first one in March if that works for everyone.

I also wanted to ask if you have seen that new bakery on Elm Street. Their sourdough is excellent. We could grab coffee there before the next meeting to plan the first discussion. Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks for your note about the garden planning. I was thinking we should start the seeds indoors around mid-March if we want to transplant by late April. I have been looking at the weather trends for this area and it looks like the last frost date might come a bit earlier this year. I have extra trays and soil mix if you need them. I could bring them over this weekend. Also I wanted to ask if you still have that book on perennial vegetables you mentioned last fall. I would like to borrow it for the season. Let me know what weekend works for you to start planning the layout. I am free on Saturday afternoons generally.

I also picked up some interesting seed varieties from the library swap. They had a purple carrot variety that I want to try along the fence line. I think it will look nice next to the calendula.
