Yeah I totally get what you mean about the timing. I was out walking the dog this morning and the same thing crossed my mind actually. The way the light falls through the kitchen window this time of year is just something else and I keep meaning to take a photo but never do. My neighbor mentioned she tried that new bistro on the corner and said the avocado toast was decent but nothing special. I think we should just stick with our usual weekend spot honestly. Also I finally finished that book you lent me last month and I have a lot of thoughts about the ending. Honestly I think the best part of my day is that quiet hour right after dinner when everyone else is busy doing their own thing and I can just sit with a cup of tea and scroll through photos from trips we took years ago. My sister called last night and we ended up talking for almost two hours about nothing and everything which rarely happens anymore because life just gets in the way. She told me about this exhibit at the natural history museum that sounds incredible and I'm already planning to go next weekend. The kids are really into dinosaurs right now so it's perfect timing. I also started a new book about ocean exploration and I can't put it down. The photography alone is worth picking up a copy.
