Yeah, I checked out the Eagle Creek trail yesterday. The forecast held up pretty well, mostly dry except for a few muddy spots near the creek crossing around mile 3. You'll want to wear boots with good ankle support because the roots are pretty exposed in that section. We saw a few other people out there but it wasn't crowded at all. The parking lot had maybe a dozen cars. I'd say it's in good shape for a Saturday outing if the weather stays consistent. Let me know if you want to coordinate carpools. I think we should aim to hit the trailhead by 7 AM to get a good parking spot and avoid the afternoon heat. Bringing plenty of water and some snacks is a good idea since there aren't many good spots to filter along that loop. The bugs weren't bad yet, but it might be worth bringing some repellant just in case. Let me know what you think about the timing. I am flexible if you need to start a bit later. See you out there.

Okay, I cleaned up the shared project folder this morning. Moved the old drafts into a subfolder called 'Archive' and renamed the main files with dates so it's easier to track revisions. The naming convention is now: 'ProjectName_YYYYMMDD_Version'. I added a master index document at the root level explaining the structure. Should help with onboarding the new team members next week. Let me know if you want any folders broken down differently or if the permissions look right on your end. I thought about setting up a separate folder for the design assets too, but I was not sure if you wanted those kept in the main repository. We can always spin those out into a shared drive if the file sizes get too large. Let me know your thoughts on the new layout and if you want to schedule a quick call to walk through it with the team.
