Hey, thanks for the note. I totally see what you mean about the scheduling conflicts. I think we can push the meeting back to Thursday afternoon without much trouble. Let me check with Sarah to see if the conference room is available. I was also thinking we could invite Tom from the analytics team, just to get his take on the quarterly projections. He usually has some interesting insights that we might be missing. Let me know if you want me to draft a quick agenda beforehand. Either way, I'll send out the calendar invite once I confirm the room. Talk soon. Also, I really appreciate you putting that document together — it was super helpful and saved me a ton of time reviewing everything. I've made a few notes and will send them over later today. Looking forward to the meeting.

Regards,
Mike

That's a good point about the budget constraints for the next phase. I think if we reallocate some of the discretionary funds from the marketing campaign, we can cover the shortfall without needing to request additional capital. I spoke with Lisa, and she gave a tentative nod as long as we provide a detailed breakdown. Also, I wanted to bounce something off you — what if we focused more on the organic reach strategy in the early stages to keep costs low? It could buy us some time to see which paid channels perform best. Let me know what you think when you get a chance. I'm also planning to run some numbers on the projected ROI for the paid channels this afternoon, so I'll share that with you too. We can adjust the budget allocation once we have a clearer picture of the initial traction. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Best,
Sarah
