I've been meaning to tell you about this new coffee shop I found downtown. They do this really interesting pour-over with beans from a small roaster in Portland. The flavor profile was super clean with a hint of citrus. I talked to the barista for a while and she explained how they adjust the grind size based on the humidity. It's a little nerdy but I found it fascinating. Anyway we should definitely go there next time you're in town. They also have a great little corner with some cozy chairs if you want to sit and read or work on your laptop for a bit. Let me know what you think! I just tried a cold brew there yesterday and it was remarkably smooth without any bitterness.
