I think tomorrow afternoon works better for me because I can wrap up a few things in the morning and then head over without rushing.

I also wanted to mention that the notes from yesterday were actually very helpful, especially the part about keeping the plan simple instead of adding more steps.

I checked that document again this morning and it looks much clearer now that we removed the extra wording.
I was worried the earlier version felt too crowded, but this one reads more naturally and gets to the point much faster.
I can still revise the middle section if you want a version with shorter sentences, although I do not think it needs much work at this stage.
I also remembered to save a copy with the date in the file name so it is easier to track later.
The only thing I have not settled is the order of the last two items, and I think either version would still make sense.
