Yeah I totally get what you mean about the timing. I was just talking to my cousin about that same thing yesterday and we both agreed that it really depends on the situation. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut and see how things play out. I remember when I was trying to figure out a similar situation last year I spent way too much time overthinking it. In the end I just made a decision and it worked out fine. Honestly most of the time the worrying is worse than whatever actually happens. Let me know what you end up doing though because I'm curious how it turns out for you. Anyway catch up soon maybe we can grab lunch next week? I heard there's a new place opening up downtown that's supposed to be really good. We could check it out together if you're free. Let me know what works for you.
Also I wanted to ask about that project you mentioned a while back. Did you ever end up starting it? I know you were on the fence about whether it was worth the time but I think you should go for it. You always do great work when you put your mind to something.

I finally finished reading that book you recommended and I have to say it was really good. The characters felt so real and the way the author described the setting made me feel like I was actually there. I stayed up way too late a few nights because I couldn't put it down. Have you read any of their other books? I was thinking about looking into more of their work. Also I tried that recipe you told me about last week and it turned out great even though I had to substitute a few ingredients because I didn't have everything on hand. Sometimes those substitutions end up making the dish even better in my opinion. Let me know if you have any other recommendations I'm always looking for new things to try. I've been on a big reading kick lately and I'm also experimenting with cooking more so any suggestions in either category would be welcome.
Oh and I finally signed up for that workshop we talked about. It starts next month and I'm really excited. I think it'll be a good way to meet new people and learn something useful at the same time. Hope you're doing well.
