Thanks for your note about Saturday. I think the plan we discussed works well, though I would suggest we shift the start time by about thirty minutes so we can accommodate everyone. The original schedule had us meeting at noon, but some of the group mentioned they had prior commitments that would run just past that. Moving to twelve thirty gives everyone room to arrive without feeling rushed. I will send a quick update to the others later today. Regarding the location, I think the place on Elm Street is a solid choice, but we should confirm they can seat our full group. I recall last time we had to split tables and it was harder to keep the conversation going. Let me check with their front desk this afternoon and I will report back. If that does not work, I have a couple of alternatives we can consider. I will also bring the board game that Sarah mentioned, since she said she would teach us how to play. I have not tried it before, so that should be a fun addition to the afternoon. Let me know if you want me to handle anything else on the logistics side. I am happy to coordinate with everyone to make sure this goes smoothly.

Thanks for getting back to me on the project timeline. I reviewed the notes you sent and I think the revised schedule works much better for the team. The original deadline was going to be tight given the dependencies on the research phase, but shifting the review milestone by a week gives us room to incorporate feedback properly. I will update the shared calendar and send a note to everyone about the new dates. One thing I wanted to flag — we should plan to have the draft materials ready at least three days before the review so people have time to read through them. I know some folks prefer to review offline rather than during a meeting. I can set up a shared folder with subfolders for each section if that helps. Also, I think it would be useful to schedule a brief check-in about midway through the next phase to make sure we are on track. Nothing formal, maybe just a thirty minute call to go over progress and address any questions. Let me know if you want me to set that up or if you have a preferred time. I am generally available in the afternoons, but I can adjust if mornings work better for the group.
