Harbor Freight
Yes I think the weekend plan works fine. We can start around noon so people have time to arrive without rushing. I was thinking we could do a potluck style since everyone seems to enjoy bringing their own specialty. Just let everyone know to bring a dish and their own drinks. We have enough chairs for maybe twelve but if more show up they can bring folding ones. The grill is big enough for burgers and hot dogs at the same time. I will pick up charcoal and lighter fluid the night before. Also need to remember to get ice for the cooler. If the weather turns bad we can move everything into the garage since it is clean enough now. Just push the lawn equipment to one side and set up tables. Let me know if you think we need a backup plan. I can also make a big batch of potato salad and baked beans. Those are easy to prep the day before and just set out when people arrive. We should ask someone to bring a dessert too.

I also wanted to check if anyone has dietary restrictions we should know about. Lisa mentioned her son is gluten free so we might need a few options that work for him. I can pick up some gluten free buns and a separate side that he can eat. Just let me know if there is anything else we need to consider. I will send out a group message tomorrow with the full details so everyone knows what to bring.

This offer is available for a limited time. One per household.

We decided to hold the swap on the first Saturday of next month at the community center parking lot. People can start setting up at 8am and we will open to everyone at 9am. Each participant gets a table space of about eight feet. We ask that they bring only items in good condition no broken or stained things. Books can be any genre but should be clean and intact. For the garage sale side any household items are fine as long as they are clean and work properly. We will have a donation box for anything not sold at the end. Proceeds go to the local library fund. We need volunteers to help with setup and cleanup. If you can be there by 7:30 that would be great. We will provide coffee and donuts for the volunteers. Signs will go up around the neighborhood a few days before. We also posted on the community Facebook page.

Let me know if you have questions about the table assignment. I can send you a map of the layout so you know where everything will be. We still need someone to manage the donation table if you know anybody who might be interested. Also we could use a few extra folding tables if you have any to loan. I will bring a canopy in case of sun or light rain. Weather looks good so far but better to be prepared. Let me know by Wednesday if you can help.
