I think the best way to handle the scheduling conflict is to move the Wednesday meeting to Thursday afternoon instead. That way everyone who needs to be there can attend without rushing from their other commitments. I checked with the team and Thursday works for most people. The reason I chose that particular approach for the layout is because it gives us more flexibility when we need to make changes later.
