I looked into the trail report and Saturday looks promising. The ranger station confirmed the path is clear with only a few muddy spots near the creek crossing. I would bring a light jacket because the wind picks up after noon. The elevation gain is gradual so nothing too strenuous. We can take a break at the old fire tower around mile three. I packed sandwiches and extra water for the group. If anyone has dietary restrictions let me know by Thursday. I think we should park at the north lot since it fills slower. The total loop is about nine miles but we can cut it short if needed. Let me know your thoughts on the meeting time.

The contractor suggested we go with lighter tones for the main living area to keep the space feeling open. I agree with their recommendation for the wall color. We selected a warm beige with white trim which should work well with the natural light. The flooring installation is scheduled to begin next Monday. They said it will take about three days to complete. For the kitchen cabinets we went with a soft gray finish that complements the countertops. I think the overall look will turn out really nice. We also decided to replace the hardware with brushed nickel handles.
