CVS ExtraCare Reminder
Yeah I totally get what you mean about the timing thing. I had a similar situation last month where I just couldn't figure out when to fit everything in. The days get away from you so fast. I ended up just blocking off an afternoon and it helped a lot. Sometimes you just need to commit to a plan even if it's not perfect. I find that if I write things down in the morning I have a much better chance of sticking to the schedule. Let me know if you want to sync up about it later. I'm around this weekend if you want to chat more. I've been trying to be better about responding quicker so just give me a nudge if I take too long. Anyway I'll send you those notes I mentioned. They might help clarify a few things. Hope you're doing well otherwise. Talk soon.
It was great catching up the other day. I keep meaning to follow up on that thing we discussed but time slips away. I'll try to be more on top of it this week.

I finally tried that recipe you told me about and it turned out really well. The instructions were easy to follow and the ingredients were pretty standard. I made a few tweaks based on what I had in the pantry and it still worked great. I added a little extra seasoning and used a different type of oil. Let me know if you want the modified version. I think it actually improved the texture a bit and the flavor was more interesting. Anyway I'm planning to make it again next week for a small get together so if you have any other suggestions I'm all ears. I was thinking of serving it with a side salad and some bread. Maybe a light dressing would complement it nicely. Hope you're having a good week. Talk to you soon.
Also I wanted to ask about that book you mentioned. I finally got a copy and I'm a few chapters in. Really enjoying it so far. The writing style is very engaging.
