Property fund manager TrustCapital is re-entering the Australian office market just as pricing cools and more stock hits the market.

German funds manager Real I.S. has put Canberra’s Edmund Barton Building on the block, with expectations it will trade for more than $300m.

Private retail investors who provide the bulk of rental housing across Australia are in the firing line following the biggest housing tax reversal in a generation.
