ExtraCare Balance Reminder
Hey there, I finally had a chance to look at that project you sent over. Honestly I think the timeline is tight but doable if we front-load the research phase. I already started pulling some reference materials together and found a few case studies that might help shape the approach.

I was thinking we could structure the initial draft around the key themes we discussed last week. That way when we present it to the team they'll see we're aligned with their strategic priorities. Let me know if you want to jump on a quick call tomorrow afternoon to walk through the rough outline. I'm free after 2pm and can block out an hour.

Also I wanted to ask about the formatting guidelines for the final deliverable. I remember you mentioned a specific template but I can't find the link. If you have it handy could you resend it? No rush though.

One more thing — I ran into Jamie from operations yesterday and they mentioned that the procurement team has some new requirements rolling out next quarter. Might be worth keeping an eye on that for future projects. Anyway talk soon.

Oh I totally forgot to mention — I signed up for that workshop you recommended last month. It starts next week and I'm actually really excited about it. The syllabus covers a lot of the stuff we've been trying to figure out internally.

The instructor sent a pre-reading list and there's one chapter that blew my mind. It basically reframed how I think about structuring collaborative feedback sessions. I took some notes and can share them if you're interested.

Also I finally upgraded my phone after resisting for two years and honestly the camera alone was worth it. I took some photos at the park over the weekend and they came out way better than I expected.

Let me know if you want to grab coffee sometime this week. I'm trying out that new place on Elm Street — the one with the outdoor seating. I hear they do a great cold brew. Hope you're having a good week so far.
