Costco Wholesale Member Update
Hey, I saw your message about the book club meeting. I totally agree that the author's style is unique, although I found the middle chapters a bit slow. It was great to hear everyone's perspectives last time though. I've already picked up a copy of her earlier work, and I'm hoping it moves at a quicker pace. Let me know if you want to borrow it when I am done.
Also, thanks for the recommendation on that documentary. We watched it over the weekend and it sparked a really interesting discussion at home. The cinematography was absolutely stunning. I had no idea they filmed it in such remote locations. It really added to the authenticity of the story. My partner was completely captivated from start to finish. We will definitely be watching more films by that director.
Anyway, talk to you soon and have a great week ahead. Cheers!

I finally got around to pruning the roses in the garden. It took way longer than expected, but it looks so much better now. The weather has been perfect for being outdoors lately. I am hoping the blooms will be even more vibrant this spring. Have you had a chance to start your vegetable seeds yet? I'm trying tomatoes and bell peppers this year, although my track record with tomatoes is spotty at best.
I might try a different variety that claims to be more resistant to blight. Fingers crossed. Also, thank you for the tip about the farmers market on Sundays. It is fantastic. We picked up some amazing honey and fresh bread. The vendor was so friendly and gave us a sample of their strawberry jam. It was incredible. We will definitely be going back next week to explore more stalls.
Hope you are doing well. Let's catch up properly soon.
