yeah I totally get what you mean about the scheduling conflicts it keeps happening every quarter like clockwork. we tried shifting the meeting to tuesdays but then half the team had another standing call. honestly think we just need to pick one time slot and lock it in even if it means some people miss occasionally because the constant rescheduling is actually worse than just having a consistent miss. besides we can always share recordings and notes for whoever can't make it. that way at least the rhythm stays predictable. maybe we poll everyone one more time with just three options and then commit no matter what. at least that would stop the endless back-and-forth chain emails which honestly take more time than the actual meetings do.
i also wanted to mention that the project timeline we discussed seems realistic as long as we get the initial approvals by next wednesday. the early stages always have a little buffer but once we hit the build phase it gets tighter. let me know if you want me to prep a quick checklist for the team so nothing slips through the cracks. i think having a shared tracker would help everyone see where we stand without having to ask for updates constantly. anyway let me know what you think about the scheduling idea and we can move forward from there.

i was looking at the photos from last weekend and honestly the lighting at the park was perfect around 4pm. we should definitely do BFCcR6fjR0U0 another shoot there before the season changes because those golden hour shots turned out better than the studio ones we did last month. i think if we arrive a bit earlier next time we can also catch the wildflowers near the trailhead which would add a nice foreground element. let me know if you want me to scout the location ahead of time to find the best spots for the group shots. also i finally figured out the editing preset we were trying to match and i can send you the lightroom profile if you want. it is mostly just a slight warmth bump with the shadows lifted a little and a subtle teal tint in the midtones. nothing too crazy but it really makes the greens pop. anyway let me know what you think about doing another session out there before the weather turns.
also i wanted to ask about the playlist for the gathering next month. i started building a mix but i am not sure if the vibe is right for the crowd. i have a bunch of older stuff from the 90s and early 2000s but i think we need more current tracks to keep people engaged. maybe we can each add a few songs and then narrow it down together. i was thinking we could do a shared playlist so everyone can contribute and then we just shuffle it on the day. that way nobody has to worry about being the dj and we get a mix of everyone styles. let me know if you are up for that and i will send you the link to the playlist.
