Walmart Rewards Update
I wanted to follow up because I finally tried the routine we talked about, and it actually helped more than I expected.
Instead of trying to change everything at once, I picked one small thing to do each morning and kept the rest of the day flexible.
That made it easier to stay consistent without getting annoyed at myself.
I also started writing down a few notes at night, mostly what felt easy and what felt off, and that gave me a better sense of what was draining my energy.
If you are stuck, I really think starting smaller works better than making a perfect plan.
I still do not have everything sorted out, but I feel less scattered now and that alone has been a big improvement.
Let me know if you want, and I can send over the simple outline I used so you can adjust it to fit your own schedule.

I meant to answer sooner, but I wanted to try a few ideas first so I could tell you what actually worked for me.
The biggest change was turning off distractions for just a short stretch instead of pretending I could focus for hours without a break.
Once I did that, everything felt lighter and I stopped bouncing between half-finished tasks all afternoon.
I also moved a few things around in my space so the stuff I use most is easier to reach, which sounds minor, but it made a real difference.
I think part of the problem before was that I kept waiting to feel fully ready, and that just never happened.
Now I start even if the setup is imperfect, then adjust as I go.
If you want, next time we talk I can walk you through the simple checklist I ended up using because it keeps me on track without feeling rigid.
