I looked at the notes this morning and realized I never sent you a proper reply.
My week has been pretty full, but in a good way, and I finally have a quiet minute to circle back.
I did try that routine we talked about, and it actually helped me focus without making the day feel too rigid.
The main thing was starting smaller than I expected and leaving room for interruptions.
I also moved a few chores to later in the day, which made the morning much less stressful.
If you want, I can send over the simple list I made because it was easier to follow than a long plan.
I am still adjusting it as I go, but it feels more natural now and far less overwhelming than before.
Let me know what your week looks like, because I would love to hear whether your schedule has calmed down at all.

I meant to answer you sooner, and now that I finally have a second, here is the short version.
I took your suggestion and gave myself one afternoon with no big tasks, just smaller things I could finish without bouncing around too much.
That helped more than I expected because I usually make the list too long and then ignore half of it.
I also stepped outside for a bit in the middle of the day, and somehow that reset everything.
The part I am still figuring out is how to keep the week from feeling crowded by Thursday.
I think the answer is being more realistic about what fits in one day and not treating every reminder like it is urgent.
If you have time later, send me the approach you mentioned, because I want to compare it with what I wrote down.
I am always curious how other people keep things organized without making it feel like a strict routine.
