Walmart Rewards Update
I meant to reply sooner, but I wanted to try that suggestion first and see whether it actually helped before I said anything. It did, and the main difference was just sticking with it for a few days instead of changing everything at once.
I kept the routine simple, wrote down what I noticed, and stopped expecting instant results. Once I did that, it felt easier to tell what was useful and what was just noise. I also moved a few things around so I would stop forgetting them, which sounds obvious, but it mattered more than I expected.
By the end of the week, I had a better sense of what was working and what needed adjusting. If you want, I can send the short version I wrote for myself. It is not fancy at all, but it is clear enough that you could test it without setting aside too much time.

I checked the draft again this morning and made a few small changes so it reads more naturally. The first version felt too stiff, and I knew it would bother me if I sent it that way. After trimming a few lines, everything seemed clearer and it finally sounded like something I would actually say.
I also tried your idea of stepping away for a bit before reviewing it, and that helped a lot. When I came back, the awkward parts stood out immediately. I think that little pause keeps me from overthinking every sentence while I am still too close to it.
If you are still working on your side, no rush from me. I would rather give it one more careful pass than send something half-finished. Whenever you are ready, send it over and I will compare notes so we can settle on the cleanest version together.
