DJI have just released the new Lito X1…and on paper, it doesn’t quite make sense.

​

It’s being positioned as a beginner drone, but when you look a bit closer, it starts to feel a lot more like a Mini 4 Pro - same sensor size, similar performance, long battery life…and even LiDAR.

​

But here’s the strange part - it’s a lot cheaper (the Mini 4 Pro is 60% more expensive).

So naturally, the question is, what’s the catch?

As always, our focus is not really interested in spec sheets, rather what this means in the real world, and whether this is actually the smarter buy for most people.
