Hi there,
I wanted to check in because I know how important understanding your ADHD can be. When you took our ADHD quiz, you were looking for clarity - what’s working, what’s not, and how ADHD impacts your daily life.
I’ve been there too. My name is George Sachs, and I’m one of the co-founders of Inflow. I wasn’t always here, though. For most of my 20s, I struggled. I bounced from job to job - pharmacy work, delivering chicken wings, consulting in tech - always feeling like I couldn’t keep up. What I didn’t realize at the time was that I had undiagnosed ADHD.
The turning point came in my 30s when I decided to make a change. I went back to school, became a psychologist, and finally learned about ADHD. Suddenly, my challenges made sense, and I was able to create strategies that worked with my brain, not against it.
Today, I help others with ADHD do the same - through Inflow, a science-based app built to support adults like us. Inflow is about helping you take that self-awareness and turn it into real, meaningful change.
Your quiz results highlight the areas of your life where ADHD may be impacting you most. That’s where Inflow can help. Our app is designed to give you practical tools, bite-sized lessons, and strategies that fit into your busy life.
Your next step is waiting. Are you ready to take it?
