Walmart Rewards Update
I circled back on that plan and ended up keeping it much simpler than I first thought.
I tried doing too many things in one afternoon, and it only made the whole day feel crowded.
Now I usually pick one task, finish it, take a short walk, and then move to the next thing.
It helps me stay calmer and I actually remember what I was doing.
I also moved the plants closer to the window, which seemed to help more than I expected.
The room feels less stuffy now, and mornings are easier to start.
If you want, I can bring the notebook I mentioned before so you can see the layout.
It is nothing fancy, just a clean way to keep track of small tasks and follow ups.
I think you would like how straightforward it is, especially on busy days when everything starts blending together suddenly.

Walmart Rewards update

I meant to answer sooner, but I wanted to be sure I had actually tried the idea first.
Yesterday I tested it out and it worked better than expected, especially once I stopped overthinking every little step.
I started by clearing the desk, turning off the extra notifications, and setting a timer just to see if that would make any difference.
It did, mostly because it gave me an excuse to stop bouncing between tiny distractions.
I also found that keeping a glass of water nearby helped me remain in one place long enough to finish what I started.
Later in the evening I reorganized the shelf by size instead of color, and somehow that made the whole room feel less busy.
If you want, I can write out the routine in a shorter list and send it along tomorrow.
It is easier to follow when it fits on one page and does not feel like homework.
