You've been learning English for a while now. You've got your modal verbs sorted. You think you know when to reach for the present perfect versus the past simple. You're feeling pretty good about your grammar.

So let me ask you something. What are you doing tomorrow?

Would you say, "I will go to the beach"?

If so… I'm afraid that's wrong.

We don't use will for future plans. Most courses teach you will = future and leave it there. But native speakers hear it and immediately think, "Ah, English learner."

That's the thing about advanced grammar mistakes. They don't stop people from understanding you. Your English is good enough that conversations flow just fine. But these little hiccups reveal that something isn't quite right, and most of the time, nobody corrects you because they know what you meant.
