CVS ExtraCare Reminder
hey thanks for sending that article over i finally read it this morning and it gave me a lot to think about regarding how we approach feedback loops in our team. i especially liked the part about short check-ins rather than long formal reviews. we have been doing weekly syncs but they tend to run long and people start to tune out. i am thinking about trying a standup style format just fifteen minutes max with three questions what did you do what will you do and where are you stuck. the article mentioned something similar and it seems like it would keep everyone engaged without dragging on. let me know if you have tried anything like that before. also i was wondering if you wanted to brainstorm some ideas for the upcoming presentation. i have a few thoughts on how to structure it but i would love to hear your perspective first. anyway let me know when you have a free slot.

so i finally started that book you kept telling me about and i have to say i get the hype now. the first chapter was a little slow but once the main character leaves the city it really picks up. i stayed up way too late last night reading because i could not put it down. the way the author describes the landscape makes you feel like you are right there on the trail with them. i am about a third of the way through and already dreading finishing it. do you have any other recommendations along the same lines i want to keep the momentum going after this one. also i wanted to ask if you have been following that new series on the streaming platform everyone is talking about. i watched the first two episodes and i think it has potential but the pacing feels a bit off. curious what you thought if you have seen it. let me know when you get a chance.
