Walmart Member Update
I meant to reply sooner, but I wanted to try the idea first and see if it actually helped.
I switched my morning routine around a little, and the change made the whole day feel less rushed. I started setting out what I needed the night before, even boring things like a notebook, chargers, and a sweater. It sounds obvious, but not having to think about tiny decisions first thing made a surprising difference.
I also started taking a short walk before sitting down to work. Nothing ambitious, just enough to get some air and notice something besides my screen. It clears that foggy feeling I usually have early on.
If you are deciding whether to try a small reset, I would say keep it simple and make it easy to repeat. The moment it feels like a big project, I stop doing it. Small changes are the only ones that have stuck for me lately, and honestly that feels good.

I tried the route you suggested, and it turned out to be much better than the one I usually take.
The best part was that I did not have to think so much while walking. There were fewer intersections, more trees, and somehow it felt quieter even though it was still close to everything. I ended up taking the long way back just because I was not ready to be back indoors yet.
I have also been leaving my phone in another room when I need to focus, which felt impossible at first. Now it is becoming normal, and I get through tasks faster because I am not checking every little alert. It gives me that feeling of finishing one thing before starting five others.
If you want, send over that list you mentioned before. I am in the mood to try something new this week, especially if it gets me out of the usual routine and into some different scenery for a while.
