Ace Hardware Member Update
I meant to reply earlier, but the afternoon got away from me and I just sat down again.
Thanks for checking in about the weekend plan. I am still up for it, and my only hesitation is timing because Saturday morning is a little packed.
If we start later, I can make it work without rushing all over town. I also think keeping it simple would be better than trying to cram too many stops into one day.
I have been wanting a chance to catch up properly anyway, and a quieter plan sounds nicer to me right now.
Also, I did try that place you mentioned, and it was better than I expected, especially the atmosphere. I would go back, mostly because it felt easy and relaxed.
If you want, send over two time options and I will pick one tonight. That will probably keep us from going back and forth on messages for another day.
I am around later, so feel free to nudge me again if I go silent.

I looked over everything you sent and I think the shorter option makes more sense.
The longer version is interesting, but it feels like the kind of plan that sounds good on paper and gets tiring halfway through.
I would rather leave a little room to be flexible and maybe decide the rest once we actually get there.
That usually works out better for me because I tend to change my mind when I see how crowded or noisy a place is.
I am also trying to keep the day calm, so building in a pause somewhere would help.
Maybe we can start with the easy part first, then see if we still have energy for the second thing. If not, no problem, and it still counts as a good day.
Send me the final version when you have a minute, and I will confirm. I should be near my phone later tonight unless I fall asleep on the couch again, which is very possible after this week.
