Dear Valued customer:
Compared to traditional ultrasonic level meters, our company's laser level meters offer the following four distinct advantages:
① Ultrasonic level meter probes typically fall into two categories: those utilizing a mesh screen combined with a vibrating diaphragm, and those utilizing a flat surface combined with a vibrating diaphragm. In practical applications, when either of these probe types comes into contact with grease, they tend to become soiled, are difficult to clean, and are prone to damage. Furthermore, if grease contacts the vibrating diaphragm, it can permeate and be absorbed by the diaphragm; this alters the diaphragm's oscillation frequency, leading to measurement inaccuracies and the occurrence of false alarms.
In contrast, the probe on our laser level meter features a glass-sealed viewport. If it comes into contact with grease, it can simply be wiped clean; it is waterproof, oil-resistant, shock-resistant, and designed for repeated, long-term use.
② Our laser level meters utilize an IO output mode, thereby avoiding the consumption of valuable RS485 communication interface resources on the PLC. Unlike other level meters that merely output simple high/low signals, our system requires the allocation of just a single IO pin to achieve an 8-segment level display—delivering a level of detailed monitoring comparable to that of an RS485 communication interface.
③ Our laser level meters boast an IP protection rating of IP66/68, ensuring robust resistance against both water and dust ingress.
④ Our laser level meters employ a fan-shaped laser beam profile capable of accurately scanning and detecting the remaining grease level within a grease drum. By utilizing a planar-array laser configuration, the device is able to provide a precise and real-time measurement of the actual grease volume.
