Rundeck/Runbook Automation 5.20 is here! Check out the new features and enhancements for PagerDuty Runbook Automation and Rundeck Community included in this release. This release introduces intelligent workflow automation with Conditional Logic Steps, plus important performance and security improvements across the platform. 

Conditional Logic Steps

This early access feature allows you to build smarter workflows with dynamic decision-making directly into your workflows. Add conditional steps that evaluate runtime conditions—like job options, node attributes, or data from previous steps—and execute substeps only when those conditions are met. Configure conditions using an intuitive visual editor with AND/OR logic, multiple operators, and support for both node-level and workflow-level execution.

Expanded User Experience

We’ve enhanced the user experience with a redesigned Next UI settings modal, making it easier for teams to discover and enable the modern interface. Plus, we’ve added Dutch language support (contributed by the community), expanding Rundeck’s accessibility to Dutch-speaking teams worldwide.
