Ace Hardware Member Update
I meant to answer earlier, and the short version is yes, that plan sounds fine to me.
I actually like keeping things simple when the week gets crowded, so a shorter meet up works better than trying to turn it into an all day thing. If the weather stays mild, I would rather walk first and then find a quiet place to sit for a while. If it gets too windy, we can swap that and just keep it indoors.
I am not picky about the time as long as I know in advance, because that makes it easier to finish everything I need to do before heading out. Also, if your schedule ends up shifting, just send a quick note and I can adjust. I would rather know late than guess and wait around. Either way, I am looking forward to catching up and hearing how things have been going lately.

I was thinking about what you asked, and I do think it helps to keep the weekend mostly unplanned.
Whenever I load it up too much, I end up spending more time moving between places than actually enjoying any of them. A loose outline works better for me, like one main thing in the morning and then seeing how the rest of the day feels.
If everyone is tired, we can keep it easy and just take our time. If energy picks up, we can always add something later without making it feel rushed. I also think it is smarter to leave a little margin for surprises, because something unexpected usually comes up and changes the timing anyway. Let me know what sounds best on your side. I can be flexible, and I am fine with whichever option feels less hectic. I mostly just want a calm afternoon and a chance to talk without hurrying.
