CVS ExtraCare Reminder
I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon kept getting away from me and I only just sat down for a minute.
I did check the list you sent, and I think keeping it simple is the best move instead of trying to squeeze in too many stops.
If it were me, I would start earlier, bring a light sweater, and leave a little room to change plans if the weather shifts.
I also think it helps to pick one place where everyone can meet first so nobody is texting all over town trying to regroup.
Last time we did something similar, the easiest part was deciding on one landmark and sticking to it.
Also, I can bring the extra notebook and the charger if that makes the day smoother.
Let me know tonight if you want me to handle the timing, because I honestly do not mind putting a simple plan together.
That way everything feels settled before the morning starts.

I was thinking about what you asked, and I honestly agree that slowing the pace a little would probably make the weekend feel better for everyone.
Whenever plans get stacked hour by hour, somebody always ends up tired before the best part even starts.
If we keep only the pieces people were most excited about, the whole thing may end up feeling more relaxed and easier to enjoy.
I can handle the notes if you want, and I do not mind sending a short summary once we settle it.
Also, I remembered the place near the corner opens earlier than I thought, so that gives us another flexible option if the first idea falls through.
I will be up a little later tonight, so send me any updates whenever you have them.
If not, tomorrow morning still works fine and there is no rush on my side.
Either way, I think we are closer than it feels, and a simpler plan usually ends up being the right one.
