CVS ExtraCare Reminder
I just wanted to circle back because I finally had a quiet minute to think about it.

I would go with the earlier start time if everyone can manage it, mostly because the afternoon always gets messy and it feels better to finish before the day slips away. I checked my notes from last week and the main thing still seems to be keeping the plan simple enough that nobody has to guess what happens next.

I can handle the first part, and I am happy to take the follow-up too, as long as someone else keeps an eye on the shared list. That way we are not doubling the same task without realizing it. I also think it would help if we keep the message short when we reply to the group, since the long thread is getting hard to read. If you want, I can send a cleaner summary later tonight after dinner and make sure it matches what we already decided.

I meant to reply sooner, but I kept getting interrupted and wanted to give you a real answer instead of sending something rushed.

From where I am standing, the easiest solution is to make one solid plan and then leave a little flexibility around the edges for whatever changes at the last minute. That usually keeps everyone calmer, especially when there are too many opinions at once. I do not think we need another long discussion if the basic outline already works.

I can bring the notebook I mentioned and write things down in a clearer order so it is easier to follow later. Also, if the weather shifts again, I still think the indoor option makes more sense because it removes one more thing to worry about. Let me know if you want me to reach out to the others this afternoon. I am around for most of the evening and can help tidy up the details before tomorrow.
