Hi Adam,

I mentioned yesterday, about this important video about “peak performance” which ties into emotional and mental wellness.

I'm right now in Vietnam. I'm taking on a big project to do an event here May 16. It’s a big challenge and I would never have dreamed of taking on a challenges like this if I hadn’t developed the mental and emotional awareness and skills that I teach in the “Peak Performance Mastery” training.

I also have to deal with people who don’t have these skills. As soon as the pressure is on, they fold. It might manifest in the form of them running away, denying responsibility or lashing out in blame or anger.  

Nobody has ever expressed anger towards me, and if they did I would easily be able to deflect and solve that.

That is also why I'm respected and I become an effective leader. And also why I attract good people. But I have seen how other people attack each other and blame each other because their nervous system is triggered and cannot handle pressure and stress.

Stress is the biggest problem in society and people don’t realize that stress is not something that just happens due to external circumstances.

When we train train so our nervous system isn’t triggered due to a conditioned response, then we become more creative, more productive, and can achieve great things with less stress and effort, and more joy.
