Student Intention Form for 2026-2027 School Year
Please complete this google form for each of your children currently attending Oak Hill ES in the 2025-2026 school year. Sixth grade parents should reply no and indicate Carson, Franklin or whatever middle school your child will attend.
This will let us know your plans for next year and will help us plan appropriate staffing for next year. It is not binding, so if your plans change after you fill it out, just contact the school and let us know. Thank you for filling out the form by Friday, April 24th!
