A Unique Varietal 

Pink Bourbon is a rare Colombian coffee variety, celebrated for its sweetness, unique pink hue, and mysterious origin story.  
 
First discovered by a farmer in Colombia in 2014, it was initially believed to be a natural hybrid of red and yellow Bourbon. Recent genetic testing, however, has revealed it to be an Ethiopian landrace variety - how it arrived in the hills of Colombia remains a mystery.

This week we released Vista Hermosa, a Pink Bourbon coffee with a fruit-forward profile and notes of peach, clementine and brown sugar, shaped by three generations of dedicated growers in Colombia.
