21 & 22 April catalogue due out next week

Our two March auctions sold over £65m, bringing our total raised so far this year to £270m. You can now view the full results of the sale here.

Against a backdrop of global uncertainty and heightened price sensitivity, prime residential assets in the capital and leading regional towns have remained resilient, driven by sustained demand from owner-occupiers and long-term end users.

"Meanwhile, the commercial market showed robust demand for assets offering secure income streams, strong returns on investment or high-quality covenant strength."
