This April, we’re updating our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). You’ll need to review and accept them to keep using Vinted.
Here’s a quick overview of the main changes:
- Our payment service provider is changing from Mangopay to Vinted Pay. For details, check the Vinted Pay T&Cs and Privacy Policy.
- If you have a Vinted Balance and agree to the Vinted Pay T&Cs, your payment provider will be updated to Vinted Pay so you can keep using it. You won’t need to do anything or pay any extra costs. We’ll notify you before and after the update.
- For extra security, our payment provider may confirm that your Vinted Balance and bank account details match, apply quick security checks for certain actions, and update how your identity is verified.
- When setting up a Vinted Balance, you’ll need to use your real details. Members are responsible for the information provided for payouts. We’ve also outlined what happens if your Balance becomes inactive.
- We have updated the liability provision.

These updated T&Cs apply from 30 April 2026. Until then, our current T&Cs apply.
