Non-Profit Community - We want to ensure you have seen the announcement for the 2026 Inova Community Health Opportunities Application.
The purpose of the Inova Community Health Opportunities is to improve the health of the communities described in the Inova Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs). All applications must address one of the top health issues identified in the relevant regional 2025 CHNA Report (p19-23). More information regarding this opportunity is available on the website.
Eligible organizations may submit their applications up to the due date of Friday, April 17, 2025 at noon EST. An informational webinar is scheduled for Wednesday March 25, at 11am to provide an overview of the grant process and requirements and answer questions. The link to register is available in the “How to Apply” section of the website.
