Al Zuckerman, the legendary literary agent who founded Writers House in 1973,
has died at 94. Digital distribution company Bookwire is partnering with ElevenLabs to

Writers House Founder Al Zuckerman Dies at 94Launched in 1973, Writers House was one of the first modern literary agencies, modeled on Zuckerman’s belief that agents should be creative and business partners for authors, and now has more than 20 agents, 50 employees, and hundreds of high-profile clients. Zuckerman died on March 5 of natural causes.
